What the module does

Flowmatiq ANAF eInvoice is an Odoo extension that connects the ERP directly to Romania's Public Invoicing System (SPV). Every B2B and B2G invoice issued in Odoo is converted automatically to UBL 2.1 XML, signed with your digital certificate, and submitted to SPV the moment you confirm it.

In the opposite direction, supplier invoices are downloaded automatically from SPV, parsed, and matched to existing purchase orders. The status of each invoice (sent, validated, rejected) is visible directly on the Odoo document.

    We verify you have a valid ANAF digital certificate and that company data in Odoo (VAT, name, address) is correct and complete.

  2. 2. Installation (1h)

    We install the module from Odoo Apps, configure SPV credentials, upload the digital certificate.

  3. 3. Test on ANAF test environment (2h)

    We send 5 test invoices through ANAF's test environment. We validate XML correctness, response handling in Odoo, and inbound reception.

  4. 4. Production switch (1h)

    We move to live. We send the first real invoice together. You take over; we stay on call if anything pops up.

  5. 5. 30 days of support

    We answer any question within 4 business hours. If ANAF has maintenance or changes the XML schema, we ship a free update.

Not directly — Odoo Online doesn't allow custom modules. For Odoo Online users we recommend moving to Odoo.sh (a 5–10 minute migration) or self-hosting.

Odoo 16, 17, and 18. For older versions (14, 15) we build on request.

We monitor the ANAF SPV. When ANAF updates the XML schema or API, we ship a free update to all active customers within 48 hours.
