How the implementation runs

8 weeks at a fixed price, paid against verifiable milestones.

  1. Week 1 — Audit

    Two days on-site. We document every current flow: bidding, contracts, execution, billing. We deliver an audit report with the proposed Odoo configuration.

  2. Weeks 2–3 — Core configuration

    We install Odoo, configure the chart of accounts, project structure, stock locations, partners. We migrate master data (customers, suppliers, items, opening balances).

  3. Weeks 4–5 — Construction-specific modules

    We configure the company's estimate template, the progress reporting flow, on-site material management, timesheet integration. We test on a pilot project.

  4. Week 6 — ANAF + reporting

    We connect the digital certificate, configure eInvoice and eTransport, validate D394 and SAF-T returns for the previous month.

  5. Weeks 7–8 — Training and go-live

    Two days of training per team (finance, sales, site managers). Assisted go-live on the first day of the new month. 30 days of intensive support included.
